Welcome to AcadShree ("AcadShree", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AcadShree mobile application, website, and related educational ERP services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a school, college, coaching center, institution, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. About AcadShree

AcadShree is a digital ERP and academic management platform designed for educational institutions. The Platform may provide features such as attendance tracking, notices, report cards, class schedules, assignments, study materials, fee-related records, staff coordination, communication tools, and related institutional workflows.

AcadShree acts as a technology platform and service provider. Educational, administrative, and institutional decisions remain the sole responsibility of the relevant institution and its authorized personnel.

2. Institutional Accounts and User Access

Access to the Platform may be provided to institutions and their authorized users, including administrators, teachers, staff members, students, parents, or guardians.

• User accounts may be created or assigned by the institution or its authorized administrators.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• All activity under an account remains the responsibility of the account holder or institution.

3. Role of Educational Institutions

Institutions using AcadShree are responsible for:

• Providing lawful, accurate, and updated data,
• Managing access rights and permissions for their users,
• Obtaining any required permissions, notices, or consents where applicable,
• Ensuring use of the Platform complies with applicable institutional and legal obligations.

4. Data Ownership and Institutional Control

Institutional records and educational data uploaded, managed, or maintained through the Platform remain under the control of the relevant institution or authorized data controller, subject to applicable law.

AcadShree does not claim ownership over institutional academic records, student data, or other institutional content submitted to the Platform, except to the extent necessary to host, process, secure, maintain, and provide the Platform and its services.

5. User Content and Uploads

The Platform may allow authorized users to upload or manage:

• Assignments and homework submissions,
• Profile photos and identity-related records,
• Documents, notes, PDFs, and learning materials,
• Announcements, messages, and institutional notices,
• Administrative or academic records.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or manage and must ensure that such content:

• Is accurate and lawful,
• Does not infringe any third-party rights,
• Does not contain harmful or unauthorized material,
• Does not violate privacy, safety, or institutional rules.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, data, or system,
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation or security,
• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct,
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code,
• Impersonate another person, institution, or role.

7. Communications and Notifications

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you may receive platform-related communications such as alerts, notices, reminders, academic updates, administrative updates, operational messages, or push notifications relevant to your use of the Platform.

8. Availability of Service

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access to the Platform. Features, interfaces, and services may be updated, improved, modified, restricted, or discontinued from time to time.

9. Security

AcadShree takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the Platform and user data. However, no digital service or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, interface, branding, design, layout, text, logos, and associated materials, is owned by or licensed to AcadShree and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform or any account if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms, unauthorized or harmful activity, or a legal, security, institutional, or operational necessity.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AcadShree and its affiliates, operators, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
